Project Overview
A New Urban Landmark
Zorlu Center occupies one of Istanbul’s most coveted addresses — at the junction of the Bosphorus Bridge European connection and the prestigious Büyükdere axis linking the city center to the business hub of Maslak.
This $2.5 billion masterplan by Emre Arolat Architecture and Tabanlioglu Architects redefines urban living in Istanbul. Five distinct functions — luxury residences, a five-star Raffles Hotel, a premium retail boulevard, A-class offices, and Zorlu PSM, the country’s largest performing arts center — integrate into one seamlessly connected destination.
Residents benefit from unobstructed views of the Bosphorus, the Sea of Marmara, the Historical Peninsula, the Princes’ Islands, and both iconic suspension bridges — a panorama unavailable from virtually any other address in the city.
With 72,000 sqm of landscaped grounds and green rooftop gardens, Zorlu Center is Turkey’s first mixed-use development to achieve this level of urban greenery at scale.
